Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Some remote or restricted addresses may not be eligible for delivery; if that is the case for your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, in US dollars.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 15 business days, depending on the product, the warehouse it ships from and your location. Some products ship from warehouses outside the United States and may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carriers may experience delays outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Multiple items and split shipments

If your order contains more than one item, or items from a kit, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each package.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before the order ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived 30 days after it shipped, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and either resend the order or refund you. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Refund Policy.
